Design firm Schopfer Associates presented ‘Sting Ray’ the luxurious two-story floating residence, created to embrace the romantic notion of living on water.

The tail of the figurative fish links the swanky sea pad to land with a driveway that lights up at night.

The main level is devoted to family use and frequent entertainment venues. Large glazed walls allow the inside and outside to coincide in a resort-inspired ambience. Other amenities include an ample deck serving a beach, infinity edge pool, hot tub, dock and fire pit.

Apart from the novelty of owning your own private peninsula literally right on the water, what makes this estate truly jaw-dropping are the views both to and from it in every direction.

Inside, each room flows into the next in an expectedly open and well-lit layout. Three bedrooms occupy the second level with focus around the central rotunda.

A master suite has received a prominent placement with open panoramic views.

With construction plans ahead, the completion date is set to late 2017, when the residence will float on the Aegean Sea.
