Monaco Junior Impact: How JCI Monaco Is Redefining the Future for Young Entrepreneurs
In a Principality synonymous with excellence, ambition and forward-thinking leadership, nurturing the next generation of entrepreneurs has become more than a priority. For 2026, the Junior Economic Chamber of Monaco unveils a renewed vision designed to place young talent at the heart of Monaco’s economic dynamism. With the launch of an ambitious new student programme and a refined calendar of flagship events, JCI Monaco is setting a new benchmark for entrepreneurial engagement in the Principality.
A New Chapter for Student Entrepreneurship: Monaco Junior Impact
At the centre of JCI Monaco’s 2026 strategy is Monaco Junior Impact, a pioneering initiative aimed squarely at students with entrepreneurial ambition. Developed in collaboration with the International University of Monaco, this programme offers a structured, real-world immersion into the fundamentals of entrepreneurship, far beyond theory or classroom exercises.

Over the course of four months, selected student teams will work alongside experienced business mentors to design and develop event concepts with a strong community dimension. Each team will operate within defined financial parameters, encouraging discipline, creativity and strategic thinking. From ideation and budgeting to partnerships, venue sourcing and execution, participants will experience every stage of the entrepreneurial lifecycle.
The programme culminates in a formal pitch session before a professional jury in late April. The most compelling proposal will receive full backing from JCI Monaco, with the winning project brought to life in June. In a city-state where execution matters as much as vision, Monaco Junior Impact offers students a rare opportunity: to see their ideas materialise on a public stage.
Refining Flagship Events for Greater Accessibility
Alongside this new student-focused programme, JCI Monaco is evolving its established events to broaden their reach and relevance. Monaco Inspire, now entering its third edition, will return in late November with a refreshed format responding directly to participant feedback.
A key change lies in ticketing. In addition to the traditional full-day pass, attendees will be able to opt for a more affordable morning-only ticket, tailored to those primarily interested in high-level keynote speakers. The morning programme will feature three prominent voices, followed by a new opportunity for attendees to book personalised one-to-one sessions with speakers throughout the day. The afternoon will continue to host the popular pitch competition, complemented by optional workshops for deeper engagement.
Three Pillars Shaping JCI Monaco’s Strategic Direction
These programme updates reflect a broader repositioning of JCI Monaco around three core pillars: entrepreneurship, attractiveness and innovation. While personal development remains an underlying benefit, the organisation has chosen to sharpen its focus on innovation, reinforcing its role as a representative voice for 18 to 40-year-olds within Monaco’s business ecosystem.
Training initiatives are also expanding beyond founders and startups. For 2026, JCI Monaco will introduce more sessions tailored to corporate employees, with a particular emphasis on soft skills and professional development within established organisations—recognising that innovation thrives across all sectors.
The attractiveness pillar will translate into a packed public agenda, including approximately 15 events throughout the year. Among them are four breakfast conferences featuring guest speakers, designed to foster dialogue and networking in an accessible format. While JCI Monaco membership is limited by age, all events remain open to the wider public, reinforcing the organisation’s inclusive philosophy.
Pitch Nights, Competitions and Entrepreneurial Continuity
Pitch culture remains a cornerstone of JCI Monaco’s DNA. Three Pitch Night sessions are scheduled across the year, beginning on March 18 with an edition dedicated to IUM students. Hosted at JCI Monaco’s headquarters, these free evening events offer aspiring entrepreneurs a platform to present their projects to mentors, peers and potential partners.
Meanwhile, the organisation continues to steward its most established initiatives, including the Business Creation Competition (Concours de Création d’Entreprise), now in its 31st year, and the Startup Meeting series—both widely regarded as pillars of Monaco’s entrepreneurial landscape.
A New President, a Clear Vision
The Junior Economic Chamber of Monaco (JCI Monaco) enters a new year under the leadership of Lucas Dubois, elected National President for 2026. Against a backdrop of economic change, he aims to strengthen JCI Monaco’s role as the voice of Monaco’s young economic community, built around three key priorities: entrepreneurship, attractiveness and innovation.

Building on the actions carried out in recent years, JCI Monaco continues its commitment to local economic development, the support of young entrepreneurs and the international profile of the Principality. The 2026 mandate will be defined by a clear ambition to further structure the Junior Chamber’s role as a key player in economic debate and innovation in Monaco, while consolidating its flagship initiatives such as the Business Creation Competition (CCE), Monaco Inspire, and a new event titled Monaco Junior Impact.
