The 77th Monaco Red Cross Gala once again reaffirmed its place as one of the Principality’s most prestigious charitable events, bringing together philanthropy, gastronomy, art and world-class entertainment in support of humanitarian causes. Held on 18 July in the iconic Salle des Étoiles at the Sporting Monte-Carlo, the annual gala celebrated the enduring mission of the Monaco Red Cross while raising awareness and vital support for those most in need.

A Night of Elegance in Support of Humanitarian Action
Their Serene Highnesses Prince Albert II and Princess Charlène, President and Vice-President of the Monaco Red Cross respectively, attended the elegant evening, underscoring the Princely Family’s longstanding commitment to humanitarian action. Since its foundation in 1948 by Prince Louis II, the Monaco Red Cross has become one of the Principality’s most respected charitable institutions, providing emergency assistance, social support and international humanitarian aid. Under the leadership of Prince Albert II, the organisation continues to expand its programmes both within Monaco and across the globe, responding to natural disasters, health emergencies and vulnerable communities with compassion and efficiency.

The Monaco Red Cross Gala has become an essential fixture on Monaco’s social calendar, honouring the generosity of donors, volunteers and partners whose support enables the organisation to carry out its important work every day. Funds raised during the evening contribute directly to humanitarian initiatives that benefit families, children, elderly residents and people facing hardship, both locally and internationally.
Exceptional Gastronomy, Art and Philanthropy Unite
Guests enjoyed an exceptional culinary experience beginning with a refined dinner conceived by three Michelin-starred Chef Marcel Ravin and expertly prepared by Chef Thierry Saez Manzanares, Executive Chef of the Sporting Monte-Carlo. The evening concluded on a sweet note with an exquisite dessert created by internationally acclaimed pastry chef Cédric Grolet, adding another memorable highlight to the prestigious event.
A Spectacular Evening at the Sporting Monte-Carlo
Art also played an important role during the gala. Renowned contemporary artist Johan Creten generously donated his work Éloge de l’Espoir (“Praise of Hope”) to the Monaco Red Cross, symbolising resilience, optimism and solidarity. The donation reflected the shared values between the artistic community and humanitarian organisations, demonstrating how creativity can inspire hope while supporting meaningful charitable initiatives.

One of the evening’s most anticipated moments was the traditional charity raffle, presented by Estelle Lefébure and Michel Boujenah. Guests had the opportunity to win an array of exceptional prizes generously donated by prestigious luxury maisons and leading brands, further contributing to the fundraising efforts that have become synonymous with the annual gala.

As night fell over Monaco, a spectacular fireworks display illuminated the Mediterranean skyline, creating a magical atmosphere above Monte-Carlo and providing a fitting celebration of an evening dedicated to generosity and compassion.

The festivities concluded with an exclusive world premiere of SOUL! Where Legends Come Back, an original production by Monte-Carlo Société des Bains de Mer presented on the Salle des Étoiles stage. The new show pays tribute to the rich legacy of African American music and its profound influence on many of today’s most celebrated musical genres, offering guests an unforgettable finale combining exceptional live performance with artistic excellence.
The Monaco Red Cross Continues a Legacy of Compassion and Solidarity
More than simply a glamorous social event, the Monaco Red Cross Gala remains a powerful reminder that philanthropy lies at the heart of the Principality. For over seven decades, the Monaco Red Cross has embodied the values of solidarity, dignity and humanitarian service, bringing together public institutions, businesses and private donors in pursuit of a common goal: improving lives and providing hope wherever it is needed most.

As the organisation continues to strengthen its humanitarian impact both in Monaco and around the world, the annual Monaco Red Cross Gala stands as a shining example of how generosity, culture and community can unite to make a lasting difference.
