This summer in Monaco, luxury took on a new dimension — one anchored not in opulence, but in empathy. On July 9th 2025, the BPM Foundation introduced a unique project at the heart of its commitment to children’s wellbeing: the launch of the very first Pirate Blanc comic book, unveiled at the Maserati BPM Exclusive showroom in the Principality.

Designed in collaboration with the association Les Voiles Blanches, this limited-edition comic tells the origin story of a modern, symbolic hero: the Pirate Blanc. Born from a desire to offer hope and imagination to children in hospital, the character embodies values that resonate well beyond the page — courage, purpose, and kindness. The Foundation funded the printing of 500 copies, each bearing the message “This book is offered to you by BPM Foundation”, to be gifted to children hospitalized across the south of France.

This editorial project is part of a broader mission launched by Les Voiles Blanches in 2020. Each summer,
the Pirate Blanc sailboat sets off along the Mediterranean coast, stopping at key ports to collect new toys. This year, from August 26 to September 12, the vessel will travel from Saint-Tropez to Nice, with a symbolic stopover in Monaco on September 8. The 2025 route includes 17 ports, with all collected donations destined for the Lenval Foundation in Nice — a regional leader in pediatric care — and other nearby institutions.

To further amplify the operation, BPM Foundation is also participating in the Solidarity Treasure Hunt by
installing collection chests in six of its Monaco dealerships. Visitors are invited to drop off new toys in their original packaging, which will then be distributed throughout the year by hospital staff.
Toy donation points in Monaco:
– Mercedes-Benz – Avenue Princesse Grace
– Mercedes-Benz Workshop – Rue du Gabian
– Maserati – Rue des Açores
– Jaguar Land Rover – Avenue des Castellans
– Monaco Occasions – Avenue de Fontvieille
– Aston Martin – Avenue Princesse Grace
The entire journey can be followed live via the Pirate Blanc’s YouTube channel and Instagram, offering both children and supporters a chance to follow the adventure in real time — from port to port.
Through this initiative, BPM Foundation continues to reaffirm its belief in tangible, human-centered action.
